Those are not african martial arts.Those are not even african based martial arts. This is just some stupid ad for more people to go to practice their arts specifictly to target blacks.Here are your real african martial arts:
Ngolo,kandeka, nsanga,njinga, stick fighting zulu, sotho,xhosa,and Nugni stick fighting,laamd testa, Isinaphakade Samathongo,Mkazo Ncha Shikana, dambe and so on.Look 'em up.

I am green belt in Taekwondo and have been purchasing martial art shoes for quite long. Following are the brands I have tried and they are good.

Adidas taekwondo shoes, Dynamics Shoes, macho shoes, ninja shoes, kung fu shoes, dynamics taekwondo shoes, pine tree takewondo shoes.

I started learning teakwondo. Its the best martial art I feel. It teaches self defense techniques as all martial arts does. Its helps in being fit developing physical and mental strength and most importantly it brings a great sense of attitude in yourself.
